Add blocks to the order status page

The order status page opens when a customer selects one of their orders. Customers often visit it right after they buy and while they wait for delivery, so it’s a good place for shipping information, product instructions, and feedback requests.

Steps

Follow the steps in Show a block, with two changes for the order status page:

• In the app, under Select usage, choose Order details block.
• In the Shopify editor, switch to the Order status page before you add Genius Account Blocks.

Only on the order status page

• Order number variable: Write {{order.name}} in rich text to show the order number (for example, #1001).
